What is Duelzy?

Lay the phone flat between you: the screen splits in two, each player gets their own half (the far half is turned upside down, so both read it the right way up) and the duel begins.

Meet Ruby, the red one with little horns, and Blu, the blue one with a curl on top. They play for you and take every duel personally: they cheer, they sulk, and the champion of the match gets the crown.

How to play

Put the phone flat on the table, one player at each end.
Play a match of quick duels, best of 5.
Each duel takes seconds: tap, drag or think faster than the other side.
Win the match and take the crown. Then hand it back for a rematch.

Questions and answers

Is Duelzy free?

Yes, Duelzy is free on Google Play. There are two optional one-time purchases: Remove ads (about 2.99 EUR) turns off the ads between matches, and Premium (about 4.99 EUR) removes all ads and opens every duel.

Does Duelzy work offline?

Yes. Both players share one phone, so no internet connection is needed.

How many players?

Two players on one phone, face to face. Alone? Play against Bolt the robot.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Portuguese and Spanish, with German, French and Italian arriving in the next update.

Which devices can I play on?

Android phones, through Google Play.

Who is Duelzy for?

It is made for players aged 13 and over: siblings, couples, friends and family nights. The bombs are cartoon bombs that only go BOOM. The official age rating is shown on Google Play.

What data does the game collect?

There is no account, and we never ask for your name or email. To show ads and learn how the game is played, it uses an advertising ID, a random install ID, game events, error reports and an approximate location that the ad network works out from your IP address. If you use Google Play Games, a pseudonymous player ID is used too. Data is encrypted in transit and you can ask us to delete it.

Are all the duels open?

Five are open from the start. Snap, Snail Race and Bomb Pass open for good with a short rewarded ad each, or all at once with Premium. At the end of a match you can also play a locked one as a bonus duel, after an ad you choose to watch.
