Yes, it is free on Google Play. There are two optional one-time purchases: one turns off the ads between deals and matches, and Premium removes every ad and makes undo and hint free up to a daily limit. No coins, chips or random rewards for sale.
In your first 5 solitaire games, undo and hint are completely free. After that, each deal gives some for free, and more come with a short ad you choose to watch. Ads never show during a deal or a hand.
The solitaires work offline and never need the internet. Playing on several phones in the same room uses Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and online tables need a connection.

No account and no sign in. The game sends anonymous game events and its own error messages. The ad network uses the advertising ID and an approximate location from your connection. Online, names, cards and reactions pass through our relay and nothing is kept once the room ends. Phones in the same room talk directly to each other.
